With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,the requirement for the control of the train constantly improved,how to collect and display the train running information in real time becomes more important.Vehicle touch screen,as a visual human-computer interaction interface,which can collect the running information of the train in real time and provide visual operation through a simple touch operation instead of button.The vehicle touch screen has a broad application prospect for the advantages of convenient,firm and space saving.But the existing vehicle touch screen controller can not meet the actual needs of users in some occasions because of the lack of network bandwidth and the fixed function.In view of the above shortcomings,this thesis designs a vehicle touch screen based on ATOM processor.It can not only provide Gigabit Ethernet interface,RS485 interface,key interface,I2 C interface,Mini-PCIE interface and five-wire touch interface,but also supports two independent high-definition video output and two stereo audio output,make the video resolution and audio volume adjustable.In addition,the vehicle touch screen controller also supports Flash online programming and SATA,USB,eMMC and other system startup mode,this facilitates the updating of the system program.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research status of the vehicle touch screen controller and the development background of related technology,then carry out the demand analysis and put forward the overall design of the vehicle touch screen controller.Next,this thesis introduces the hardware circuit design of the main function modules in detail,including main control module,Ethernet module,internal interface circuit of video playback unit,touch module,reserved interface circuit and power supply module,etc.Whereafter,combined with the knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility and signal integrity,this thesis introduces the selection of the stack,the key signal impedance control,layout and wiring in PCB design.Afterwards,the thesis introduces the test work of function and performance.At last,the conclusion is given and the development direction of vehicle touch screen controller is discussed.
