During the operation of servo system, the problems of unidetified inertia and unsuppressed vibration can not only reduce the control precision, but also influence the ascension of speed. In view of this, several key technologies of high-performance servo drive are introduced, on the basis of evaluation of servo system, the online identificaiton of Inertia of PMSM and the adaptive suppression of of torsional vibration are studied and implemented.This paper is mainly devided into four parts: In the first part, the model of PMSM was introduced, and then the principles of SVPWM and vector control were described in detail; In the second part, according to the platform of hardware and software, core modules of vector control and the platform were analyzed. after that, the results of perfomance evalutaion of the servo platform were given, which have a certain reference meaning for the developers; In the third part, technologies of model reference adaptive technology and discrete tracking differentiator were studied, and then the simulation experiments were conducted by using simulink. After that, the algorithm of online identification of inertia was implemented on the servo platform, the results of experiments show that the algorithm has properties of high precision, high speed and a good anti-jamming performance. The last part introduced the principles of adaptive torsional vibration suppression firstly, and then give the process the implementation of the algorithm; Finally, a simulation model was built with simulink and some tests were made, the experimental results show that the algorithm can suppress the torsional vibration effectively.Based on the high performance of servo system, three key technologies, which are performance evaluation of servo platform, online identification of inertia and adaptive suppression of torsional vibration, were studied and implemented. Besides, the solution of the design of high performance servo drive was provided.
