The vector control system of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor is widely used in the motion control areas with high performance,because the control strategy is simple,easy to implement and the control performance is excellent.But the performance of the servo system depends on accurate motor parameters and mechanical parameters.Among them,the inertia has great influence on the mechanical parameters,it’s one of the most important factors to confirm the controller parameters of the system.Therefore,identifying the moment of inertia of the system quickly and accurately and adjusting controller parameters based on identification results,is the key to increase the performance of the servo control system.Firstly,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the principle of vector control system is introduced,and it analyzes the princ iples and design steps of the speed controller in detail.In addition,the current PI controller based on the isolation feedback is given,which can improve dynamic and steady-state performance of the current loop.Secondly,the paper introduces several common algorithms of inertia identification,and studies the inertia identification method of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on the model reference adaptive algorithm,the building of simulation and the mathematical model of inertia identification algorithm is analyzed.The paper focuses on the adaptive gain coefficient,which has more effect on the consequence of inertia identification.The paper gives an inertia identification method that the adaptive gain coeffic ient can change along with the variation of the identified inertia.And through simulation analysis,the correctness and validity of the method is verified.Once more,based on the accurate identification of the inertia,the paper deduces the calculation formula between Speed PI parameters and the identified inertia.And it verifies the reliability and validity of the formula in the frequency domain.In this way,the control system can adjust the PI controller parameter according to the inertia which can get a stable control properties.Above all,a vector control simulation model that can auto-tune PI speed controller parameters is built.And it verifies the correctness and superiority of the algorithm from this model.Finally,the experimental platform of vector control system based on MBD is built.Which verified that the simulation model of id=0 has correctness and reference to the paper.
