Pneumatic control technology to its high efficiency, energy saving, explosion proof, anti fire and anti electronic interference, low cost, long service life, no pollution, simple structure, easy maintenance, etc. the advantages of is widely used in modern industry, and pneumatic servo technology is part of the field of industrial automation is indispensable. High speed on-off valve with the advantages of the low cost, miniaturization and high performance very much in line with the industry and market of gas servo requirements. In this background, this paper the high-speed on-off valve controlled cylinder control strategy exploratory research.The in cylinder are respectively connected with two high-speed switch valve position control system as the research object, first introduced the current international pneumatic servo technology and the development of various control components, and according to the system structure and fluid characteristics of system in the high speed switch valve and the cylinder of the mathematical modeling, and built a simulink simulation model.Secondly, introduces the principle of PWM control technology, and the low voltage PWM Pneumatic System in the high speed switch valve, flow linear interval of widening method has conducted the simulation research. Analysis of the pulse width modulator under the control of a variety of parameters influence on the output of the flow curve. At the same time, the traditional PWM compensating control and a novel PWM segmented compensation control method to try to widen the linear flow interval were simulated and compared the control effect. Later introduced pneumatic system control way, and designs a kind of the high-speed on-off valve controlled cylinder position control strategy, specific grounds based on fuzzy switching self-tuning fuzzy PID compound controller control a pulse width controller output accounted for empty ratio signal to achieve the position of the cylinder control. And compared with the control effect of ordinary PID control to verify the feasibility of the new control strategy.Finally, establish the high-speed on-off valve controlled cylinder system simulation model AMESim, and the use of software to provide the interface to realize the co simulation with Matlab / Simulink. The effects of various parameters on the system are studied, and the design and extension of pneumatic system for this type of pneumatic system can be used for reference.
