| With the development of computer technology,the application of electro-hydraulic digital control technology is more and more widely.The high speed switch valve is an important part of electro-hydraulic digital control technology.It has the characteristics of simple structure,low cost,strong anti pollution ability and so on.It has been applied in the fields of automobile,space,engineering machinery and so on.Research on the structure and performance of high-speed on-off switch valve can speed up the application of high-speed on-off valve and improve the performance of hydraulic system.This paper takes high-speed on-off switch valve as the research object,and designs a high-speed on-off switch valve with an isolation magnetic ring structure.The valve is inserted in the working oil road.Firstly,introduce the research background and the current research status of high-speed on-off switch valve.Secondly,design the overall structure of high-speed on-off switch valve.Then design the mechanical part and the electromagnet part design and determine the structure parameters of the high-speed on-off switch valve.Through the high-speed on-off switch valve electromagnet Maxwell electromagnetic analysis software of finite element are simulated and analyzed the armature parameters and the parameters such as length,thickness and angle of copper on the influence of electromagnetic force,is the impact of these parameters on the electromagnetic force curve,in order to optimize the structure of the electromagnet.On the basis of the analysis of the structure and working principle of the high-speed on-off switch valve,the four parts of the electric,magnetic,machine and liquid are fused and analyzed.establish the combined simulation model of Simulink and AMESim for the high-speed on-off switch valve,and the influence of the driving voltage,the number of coil turns and the spring pretightening force on the dynamic response speed is explored.The parameters of high-speed on-off switch valve are optimized in Simulink,which significantly accelerates the response time and meets the fast response requirements of high-speed on-off switch valve.Then analyze the flow characteristics of the designed high-speed switch valve.Finally,the main works and achievements of the paper are summarized and the future work is put forward as well. |
