| The scroll compressor is a new generation displacement compressor, it has high efficiency, low noise, small airflow pulsation, stable operation, etc. Now it has attracted wide attention and gained rapid development in the refrigeration, air conditioning and other fields. Due to the unique structure and operation mode of the scroll compressor, it will produce the phenomenon of rotor vibration and scroll disc friction over it works. Therefore, in order to study the motion characteristics of the scroll compressor, the paper will base the structure and working principle of a scroll compressor with crank anti-rotation mechanism on a theoretical modeling, at the same time, a test device which is composed of sensor s, virtual instrument(Lab VIEW) and computer for measuring the motion characteristics of scroll compressor is designed.In this paper, firstly, based on the geometric theory of the scroll compressor, the the vortex line and the force conditions of the dynamic vortex disk are analyzed, and according to the principle of mechanical design, the experiment device is designed on these bases. The selection and design of each mechanism of the device are analyzed in detail, and mechanical model, the finite element an alysis and strength check are established for the rotor. It is concluded that the test device can accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of the actual compressor rotor. Secondly, the hardware selection of the test system is introduced in detail, su ch as sensors, signal conditioning, data acquisition card and computer, etc. Lastly, the paper will phase on the software and signal analysis of the teat device by using structured design and modular programming, mainly including the vibration of crank sha ft rotor and crank pin, the friction of contact faces between orbital plate and static plate, and frictional temperature of contact faces between orbital plate and static plate.The results show that the test platform can realize the function of the signal acquisition, processing, display and storage of all the scroll compressor parameters. It can be used to monitor the dynamic state of the rotor, friction and frictional temperature of the scroll disc in real time, provide theoretical reference and basis fo r the characteristics of scroll compressor in actual operating conditions, and have the important theory significance and the practical significance to the prevention of machine fault and fault diagnosis. Compared with the traditional signal acquisition system, the scroll compressor rotor vibration and scroll disk end face friction test system which is composed of the sensor and the virtual instrument has the advantages of high measuring precision, high automation degree, low cost, easy maintenance and so on. |
