The Research Of Scroll Compressor For Vehicle Air-condition

With the development of the automobile industry and the improvement of people's living standard in china, more and more people require the car have comfort, reliability and security. So, recently, most of saloon car and luxury passenger car have equipped air-condition, which is the one of most important measure to improve the ability of competing with others. But automobile requires the air-condition has small volume, light weight and can work well even in the poor condition. So compared with traditional compressor of air-condition, the scroll compressor have the obvious advantage for automobile air-condition because it fulfill the character mentioned above.in the first part of this dissertation the configuration and the work principle of scroll compressor is emphasized, the designing of wrap profile and the modification of scroll compressor top wrap is deeply researched, and the geometric theories of scroll compressor including the calculating method of cubage of compression chamber and air press, and the relation of some geometrical parameter of scroll compressor is discussed. Moreover, the stress condition of moving plate is analyzed in theory.In addition, some configuration, work principle and consideration of designing of anti-rotation mechanism is emphasized. The advantage and the disadvantage of anti-rotation mechanism is compared, and the designing of blueprint is confirmed. The dynamical sealing of fixed and moving plate in the scroll compressor is analyzed.Then this dissertation utilizes the software Matlab to calculate the process of the scroll compressor working and the rule of the change of cubage of compression chamber, stress and press with the change of corner of crank-shaft is educed. It helps to calculate basic parameter needed of scroll compressor design, analyses volume change curve.At last part of the paper, three-dimensional engineering design is utilized to carry on the 3D model, virtual assemble by software Pro/Engineer, and use the mechanism function of Pro/Engineer to set up kinematics, dynamics and analyses models, carry on simulation movement of complete scroll compressor. In this process the designing of the parameter of compressor configuration and the relation of some parts mating is grasped.
