| Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) directly converts electric energy into mechanical energy of linear motion and no intermediate conversion mechanism is required. By high speed, high acceleration, high precision characteristics permanent magnet linear synchronous motor plays an important role in logistics system, automation system, industrial processing and equipment,transportation and other civilian and military fields. Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor exist significant end and the slot effect, coupled with the load change, parameter perturbation, a power quality issues, and other factors, resulting in the conventional control method is difficult to meet the control requirements of high performance. According to the performance requirements of anti-interference and dynamic response of control system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor,the passive control method is introduced into the design of the control system, and achieved good results. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, this thesis describes the research significance of this topic and the research and application status of linear motor at home and abroad, summarizes the development of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor control strategy and domestic and international research status and points out its advantages and disadvantages. Under reasonable assumptions, the mathematical model of electromagnetic and mechanical motion of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is established by using the principle of coordinate transformation.Secondly, the control system is designed to ensure the global stability of the system by using the relationship between the passivity and stability, and the control system is designed from the angle of the energy shaping. According to the port controlled dissipation Hamiltonian system theory, the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor is regarded as a two port(electric port and mechanical port). Due to the introduction of the interconnection and damping configuration and the energy storage function of the closed-loop system as the system’s Lyapunov function to design, the stability analysis of the system is more simple and the physical meaning is more clear.Finally, according to the requirement of fast response, small overshoot and anti-interference ability of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, the passive control method based on state error model is adopted to design the control system.Compared with the traditional PI control method, the simulation results show that the passive controller has a fast response performance than the PI controller, and its overshoot is much smaller than that of the PI controller. In the case of load disturbance, the passive controller is less fluctuation than the PI controller and has good disturbance rejection performance. In general, passive controller is an ideal controller. |
