With the rapid development of nuclear power, chemical industry, aviation and aerospace, weapons industry and other modern high-tech industries, the scope of machinery manufacturing is also more and more extensive. We tend to be exposed to some bad environment. Some difficult to cut materials such as Inconel alloy, because of their good mechanical properties and chemical properties, but also more and more get used. But Inconel alloy material has high strength, high hardness and other aspects of the difficult processing performance, making the surface quality, processing efficiency and production costs are difficult to guarantee in the machining process. In the practical application of these materials, due to poor environment, in order to ensure the safety of the consideration, some products will have remote control requirements, then one of the individual parts and components are required to design a very long, eg., Long wear of the valve stem are designed, slenderness ratio more than 30. So we have to combine the difficult processing materials to solve the problem of processing of slender shaft bending machine.In this paper, through the materials processing research, according to the material hardness, ductility, strain hardening, thermal and abrasion of five key mechanical and physical properties of to analyze the machinability of alloy Inconel. According to these parameters, the selection of cutting tool and cutting parameters is established to solve the problem of difficult machining of Inconel alloy. This paper also according to these experimental results, combined with several of the slender shaft processing, such as "a clip of a top", "one clip and pull", biparietal tip "and with the tool use through theoretical analysis and experimental demonstration came to the best processing method and the production is the most appropriate processing method.After the above experimental results, we have obtained the most suitable production method, which can be applied to the actual production.
