As long thin-wall hollow shaft parts, high temperature alloy turbine shaft processing is the key technology of aircraft engine manufacturing field. And high temperature alloy GH4169was investigated is high strength, high toughness, high temperature nickel base alloy, belongs to the typical difficult-to-machine materials, so the study of high temperature alloy turbine shaft processing technology has important practical guiding significance.This topic in high temperature alloy turbine rear axle as the research object, first through to the turbine shaft machining slender shaft, the process features of turning slender shaft, cause bending deformation of slender shaft, the measures to improve the machining accuracy of long&thin shaft, the reasonable control of cutting dosage, the reasonable selection of tool Angle carries on the analysis, analyzes the turboshaft slender shaft machining. And then expounds the deep hole processing, high temperature alloy shaft parts are analyzed in detail overview of high temperature alloy material and machining characteristics of turboshaft deep hole machining methods and tools, carbide cutter the examples of application of deep hole machining screw.By analyzing the processing technology for reasonable planning, build the processing experiment platform, and finally in the process of machining condition has carried on the simulation analysis of the work piece, choose a suitable process route, cutting tools and cutting parameters. Analyzed the result of the test. Starting from the actual production, collection and sums up the previous shaft parts processing experience, in view of the high temperature alloy material properties and structural characteristics of turbine shaft, through the optimization of the traditional craft route, formulate a set of more reasonable processing craft route, process routes of the new error is small, short time-consuming, high processing efficiency, effectively put parts processing size control in the tolerance range, better solve the disadvantages of traditional process.The NC machining program to complete the shaft head inside and outside the processing, and studied the cutting tool characteristics, processing methods, optimized the feed line.In the past long hollow shaft parts processing technology, on the basis of study the components of the inner hole machining method and made the machining process. Finally, the force analysis and processing experimental specimen is simulated, and after the processing and testing verification, processing effect is remarkable, to ensure the turbine shaft type inside and outside the processing quality, meet the requirement of processing technology, proved that the choice of process route, cutting tools and cutting parameters is feasible and advanced.
