In the study of energy metering and load characteristics of office building air conditioning system, a large number of measurements and simulation air conditioning energy consumption data is collected, it can reflect office building load characteristics valuable. This paper based on the basis of literature research and load simulation, starting from the data itself, through data processing and analysis, summed up the characteristics of the cooling load of the office building. According to office building energy characteristics, based on the simulation studies of fan-coil design Performance, to study its operation to adjust the air conditioning system, study the run regulator of air conditioning system.First, analyze the cooling load characteristics of the office building. The survey data is processed and analyzed by using exploratory data analysis, get the cooling load time frequency reference band of office building, which was informed time distribution and time distribution forms of the loading rate on the interval. According to the air conditioning load calculation principle to elect seven impact factor that nend to be focused on and orthogonal simulation test to obtain the monthly cooling load reference band of office building, to arrive at the monthly cooling load distribution of office building. Finally, to verify the reasonableness of the results by comparing the cooling load characteristics between research and simulation analysis.Secondly, the conditions of variable fan coil performance simulation study. Set up cross-flow cooler fan coil heat exchanger model and mathematical description and to draw the block diagram of the theoretical solving according to iterative solver thinking. By comparing simulation results with the product sample parameters to verify the correctness of the model, under the premise of the model is correct, through simulations to study design Performance fan coil. Finally, Analy the significant of four factors(chilled water flow, air flow, water temperature and inlet wet bulb temperature) that are main factors affecting the cooling capacity of the fan coil.Finally, according to the actual load changes to analy variable water regulation, variable air volume control and variable water & variable air volume mix adjustment. Draw payload rate adjustment range of the three kinds of adjustment method by analyzing power consumption, the ability to adapt to changes in load and indoor sound environment. To determine the best mode of regulation for user by comparing power consumption and the indoor sound environment on three three levels for adjusting mode.
