Coal is the main energy source for winter heating in the severe cold regions of northern China,and this heating method brings huge pollution to the environment.As a result,China began to adjust the energy consumption structure and increase the use of clean energy.As one of the clean energy utilization technologies,air-source heat pumps are easy to obtain and widely used,and have developed rapidly in northern regions.The common heating method for office buildings in severe cold areas in winter is centralized heating.However,for small single-sized office buildings,the district heating system is not perfect or the central heating system is uneconomical.One of the problems of winter heating in office buildings.Air source heat pumps,due to their high performance at high outdoor temperatures during the day,can fully utilize the energy-saving effects of the two in combination with the energy-use characteristics of office buildings,and are currently the more common form of clean energy utilization in the scope of office building applications.On the premise of meeting the indoor temperature,a good degree of matching between the instantaneous load of the office building and the actual heating capacity of the air source heat pump is the key to the efficient operation of the air source heat pump in the office building.Based on the measured data and three actual office buildings as examples,the analysis of the load characteristics of the office building,the analysis of the actual operation effect of the air source heat pump,and the matching analysis between the two were conducted to find out the problems in actual operation.The drawing seeks the optimal solution and formulates the optimization strategy.The software simulation optimization strategy is used to find the optimal solution,which provides a reference basis for the practical application of air source heat pumps in office buildings.Based on the measured office building C as the main body,the office building CJ,office building C,and office building CL established by changing the envelope structure are used to simulate the load,and the outdoor weather conditions,the year-round load of the building,and the load of each room are used for office work.Analysis of building load characteristics.The influences of different orientation rooms and heating time on the cooling and heating load of the building were thoroughly explored.The sensitivity analysis method was used to quantify the influence of operating parameters and non-operating parameters on the building thermal load.The actual operating effects of the air-source heat pumps in the three buildings are explored,and the performance characteristics of the heat pump such as the temperature and temperature of the water supply and return,and the performance characteristics of COP and EER are analyzed.The common problems existing in the actual operation of air-source heat pumps are put forward,and the operation of air-source heat pumps and their operating effects in office buildings are evaluated from the aspects of comprehensive system performance,system performance loss,and indoor environmental parameters.Based on the load characteristics of office buildings,the existing problems of air-source heat pumps are optimized from three aspects:intermittent heating schemes,adding auxiliary heat sources,and changing water supply temperature and flow rate.Energy Plus software is used to simulate and analyze the coupling optimization of energy systems.Out the best strategy.The research results show that after the heating and air conditioning correction coefficients are used to correct power consumption,the average heating COP of office building A in the heating season is 3.27,and the average heating COP of office building B is 1.55.Among the various optimization strategies,the intermittent heating scheme three?supply 6 stops 2?,while ensuring the indoor temperature requirements,the energy saving effect is ideal;the solar auxiliary heat supply accounts for 20%and 25%of the total heat supply.The power consumption is lower and the energy saving effect is better.The optimization conclusion provides reference value for applications such as the optimization of intermittent operation of air-source heat pumps in office buildings and the allocation of auxiliary heat sources in severe cold regions.
