According to the water supply pipeline due to the long growth cycle, so that the factory even in tap water plant water has reached the national standard for drinking water, but there will still be two times the water quality pollution problem, through the test device of self built, studied the gas water pulse flushing water supply pipeline in the process of pulse frequency the setting, inlet flow and water flow of the flushing effect, to choose the best washing condition, and the flow pattern of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the flushing process were observed and analyzed, based on these basic tests, numerical simulation is carried out with the help of computer fluid dynamics software, which is more comprehensive and the gas water impulse method the law.The flushing of the water supply pipeline can remove dirt and growth ring on the pipe wall, improve the water quality of the water outlet of the pipe network, and also improve the water supply capacity of the pipe network. In this experiment, the original test equipment is properly reformed. Through the test platform, the effect and the rule of the gas water pulse method to flush the water supply pipeline are analyzed and studied. From experimental results show in the intake air flow and water flow rate for a time invariant conditions, keep stop gas at the same time, change the inlet, with growth of the charging time of the, the maximum pressure drop, average pressure value increases rapidly, to the latter part of the growth rate slowed down; next, intake was maintained at the same time, with the stopped flow time of growth, maximum pressure drop of water in the pipe and the average pressure value was also increasing, inner pipe two-phase flow turbulence enhancement, and the washing effect is enhanced. Finally, under the certain air flow, change water flow, get water flow in pipelines and the maximum water pressure drop and pressure changes showed a linear relationship; in the influent flow must, change the intake air flow, get intake flow and pipe two-phase flow maximum pressure drop and pressure also showed a linear relationship.On the basis of a large number of tests, combined with the horizontal pipe of gas liquid two phase flow the existence of basic flow pattern, and the definition of various flow and the emergence of state observed record gas water pulse flushing test in the process of actual flow regimes, and the flushing process of gas-liquid two-phase flow in flow pattern and its transition are analyzed, respectively, from the air for a long time and intake time is short for the two cases are the change of flow state.
