The Research Of Urban Morphology Evolution Based On The Influence Of Industrial And Commercial Change

The city is a multiple interwoven whole, while urban development is a dynamic process of continuous renewal. The old city has historical depth and complex culture, which the master plan could never compare to. Compared with these fun filled old towns, the modern urban landscape still keep tryingon rational level, but in terms of life experience and cultural characteristics, is almost complete failure. Yingping Area is one of the birthplaces of Xiamen, and retains the typical historical urban space. As society changes, the government appealed to protectthe city scenes, but many traditions of historical context began to faults, which have greatly increased the burden and the pressure of the old city update. Therefore, it isa real need to study the issue.The external physical environment of urban morphology can be imitated, but the contained complex social and economic relations are the result of long-term accumulation, can not be copied. The industrial and commercial in the city is one of those social and economic relations, and it is a constantly changing process.Commercial and industrial development needs is one of the important factors affecting the evolution of urban morphology, and even many of the needs led to morphological changes.This study mainly focuses on the dynamic interpretation of urban morphology evolution.Industrial and Commercial Change is the clue of this paper. And the main research work of this thesis can be summarized as the following three parts:(1) Theory. Through the study of urban morphology microscopic analysis and business evolution and other theories, the author gain important perspectives and starting point of this paper.(2) Subject. In this paper, the author examines the dynamic evolution of the old city morphologyBased on the Influence of Industrial and Commercial Change. And reveal the mutual relationshipbetween Industrial and Commercial Changeand Urban Morphology Evolutionthrough the typical cases.(3) Enlightenment. This paper summarizes historical laws of industrial and commercial change and the rule of urban morphologyevolution, strengthened the battalion level understanding. Finally, the author explores the future urban renewal revelationbased on theintegrated point of spatial and industrial update.
