The reasonable layout of urban commercial functions is of great significance to the prosperity of market economy, the improvement of space environment and the convenience of residents shopping. In this paper, nine cases of Nanjing Road,Anshan Road and haiguang temple in Tianjin are selected as the research objects.Based on Baidu street view time machine function and Arc GIS geographic information platform, the relevant data of the four-year span from 2014 to 2018 are collected.Based on the space syntax theory,Depthmap and SPSS are used as the analysis tools, this paper studies the spatial distribution of commercial functions influenced by street morphology elements(urban traffic network, architectural morphology, street design elements)in urban built-up environment. The results show that: the spatial distribution of commercial functions is significantly positively correlated with urban traffic network, building density and various street design elements, showing a variety of distribution rules.Specifically, the spatial syntactic parameters of block scale and city scale, and the MSD of rail transit can effectively explain the spatial distribution of Commerce;Building volume, coverage rate and plot ratio have significant impact on business agglomeration, and building volume reflects population density, which indicates that population density is also positively correlated with the number of business distribution;Street design factors include building line sticking rate, landscape greening(green coverage rate and green visual rate)and sidewalk width, which have a positive impact on the distribution of commercial space.Based on the street morphology elements and the total business volume,a multiple regression model is established. The results show that the commercial space distribution is affected by six kinds of street morphology parameters, namely, the building line rate, the green coverage rate, the block size selection parameter(Log_Choice1000m),the building volume distribution density within 600 m radius, the rail transit MSD,and the sidewalk width, and the regression coefficient R~2=7137,which indicates that the six factors play an important role in stimulating the vitality of commercial space.By comparing the standardized beta coefficient values in the regression model,it is concluded that the strong weak relationship of comprehensive influence of six kinds of street morphology parameters on commercial distribution is as follows: building line rate(Beta coefficient=0.33)> green coverage rate(Beta coefficient=0.30)> block scale selection parameter(Beta coefficient=0.20)> building volume distribution density within 600 m radius(Beta coefficient=0.18)> rail transit MSD(Beta coefficient=-0.16)> sidewalk width(Beta coefficient=0.13).The study further establishes a multiple regression model between the urban traffic network, building density parameters and the total business volume in 2014-2018.Through the comparison of the standardized beta coefficient values of the influencing parameters in the regression model,it is concluded that the evolution law of business distribution gradually tends to the block scale space road network structure, and the rail transit network is also more and more important for business agglomeration,The influence of building density is reduced. This study can provide empirical support and design suggestions for the layout of urban commercial function space.
