The project is based on design,by running speed of calculation, driving behavior analysis, road 3D simulation detection technology comprehensive safety analysis and inspection of the project, timely detection of all kinds of factors that may exist in the route, roadbed, bridges, culverts, tunnels, intersecting routes, traffic engineering and all the impact of traffic safety, and according to the evaluation results, this paper puts forward some feasible speed control scheme, safety and traffic optimization measures, so as to improve the level of traffic safety. The main research contents are as follows:(1) project traffic safety influencing factors analysis for impact project the snow line and will be faced with the harsh weather conditions, grew up in the downhill, super long tunnel and tunnel group, large cars higher proportion of, according to the similar project of security operations and on the characteristics of the traffic safety analysis.(2) Standard Specification for conformity assessment, highway route horizontal and vertical and horizontal alignment design and bridge, tunnel, interchange and other large structural design to meet the highway level and design speed corresponding to the standard specification requirements.(3) the consistency of the line, the calculation of the whole line running speed, the adjacent sections of the node running speed difference is greater than 20km/h or speed gradient is greater than 10km/h/100 m, the linear consistency is poor.(4) continuous longitudinal slope sections, continuous uphill sections should be verification speed is greater than road design speed corresponding climbing allowable minimum speed, and analysis section of the design capacity meets the design hourly traffic volume.
