The geological and climatic environment along the sichuan-tibet expressway is complex,and the wiring conditions are limited.Therefore,the route design is complex in both vertical and horizontal combinations,and there are many long longitudinal slopes.Compared with the ordinary roads in the region,the objective factors affecting the operation quality of vehicles on the sichuan-tibet expressway are more complex.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance to analyze and evaluate the design quality of the route for typical vehicles running on this expressway based on dynamics theory simulation and from the aspects of safety and comfort,and to provide theoretical support and reference opinions for the route design of similar projects.This paper relies on the Yakang expressway to test the road surface roughness and driving quality on site,and USES dynamic simulation software to build three typical vehicle models.The simulation of different typical complex sections evaluates the route design of Yakang expressway from the aspects of safety and comfort,and provides driving Suggestions for various driving conditions.Meanwhile,vertical acceleration results of field detection and simulation are compared to verify the simulation accuracy.The main research results are as follows:(1)The transverse force coefficient tester and multi-function testing vehicle are used to test and evaluate the skid resistance,smoothness and driving quality of the road surface,and at the same time,the vertical acceleration value in the driving process is collected.(2)The car vehicle model is established by using CarSim software peace longitudinal combined complex section 3 d road model,based on the theory of optimal aim in advance to follow the natural driving simulation,using the theory of continuous uniform speed road test evaluation,and Yakang highway route design safe and reasonable but a bit conservative,based on the traffic safety advice and highway speed limit of 120 km/h.(3)With the aid of TruckSim software bus vehicle model is established and the complex 3 d road model plane s-shaped curve,change of road simulation environment for a variety of conditions,based on the ride comfort principle,from the indicators such as lateral acceleration test design rationality of the road,and put forward the following driving advice: advice when driving a car in a normal dry pavement is 100 km/h speed control,rainy environment suggest that the speed of 80 km/h;When buses are running on normal dry roads and rainy roads,the recommended speed control is 80km/h.In the case of snow and ice,the recommended simulation speed for small cars is 75km/h,and the recommended simulation speed for large buses is 70km/h.(4)TruckSim software was used to establish the vehicle model of heavy-duty trailers and three-dimensional road model of long longitudinal slope,to carry out load simulation at different driving speeds,and load control was carried out from steering wheel angular velocity and other indicators according to the principle of operation stability.It was suggested that the weight limit of Yakang expressway should be 40 T.In addition,the vertical acceleration value in driving is extracted and compared with the measured value on site to verify the accuracy of the simulation.
