The Technology Research About Groundwater Translating Into Circulating Water Of Vacuum

Vacuum dewatering technology has been used in Subway construction of Beijing,the effect of which is all right. Techniques and equipment of it has to update, because this technology will be used more and more. Vacuum is a very important equipment of within this equipment, which has an important parameter, water rate. The temperature of circulating water will rise when it works. When it goes to a high level, Vacuum will seriously be affected even damaged. Usually the groundwater from the dewatering well vents directly and the tap water is used as circulating water of vacuum. So we think about that if we can translate the groundwater into circulating water. Then workers don’t need to add water to the vacuum and the temperature of circulating water can be control in a steady level.But the groundwater from the dewatering well can not be used as circulating water directly, because it has a great deal of sand and clay, which will fray the vacuum. So we need to design a machine to separate those solid components to get clean water that can be used as circulating water. To compare formerly separation machine will help to get a new one, which just use in vacuum dewatering. In this research, we plan to use crater form sand dividing machine to separate the ground water, which can be used to get clean water for vacuum. crater form sand dividing machine and normal water tank makeup circulation water tank, Which The ground water flow into to get rid of sand and clay, then make a circulation, with a steady temperature, which can improve the performance of the vacuum. Some experiments are designed to Optimizing parameter of the circulation water tank to ensure the rate of separating sand and the temperature of circulation water.This research is very practical to maintain vacuum and vacuum dewatering. Besides, it is also helpful to flood and decontaminate drinking water in out-of-the-way area.
