With the rapid development of China's economy,the country pays more and more attention to the infrastructure construction,which greatly stimulates the demand for sand.Due to the shortage of natural sand,machine-made sand is widely used in construction engineering,road and bridge,rural infrastructure and other aspects,thus promoting the development of sand industry.In this paper,a new type of sand making equipment,sand powder separation machine,is studied.This equipment has a direct impact on the sand production of finished products in the process of sand making.In order to improve the sand production rate,the structure of sand powder separation machine is optimized.Firstly,this paper introduces the sand production line systematically,expounds the characteristics of the structure and performance of the sand powder separation machine in the sand production process,and determines the technical route of the research on the structure optimization of the sand powder separation machine.Secondly,3D Drawing Software Solidworks is used for modeling,and the workbench mesh module is imported for grid division.The sand powder separation machine is simulated by fluent.The Euler-Euler model and numerical simulation standard k-? model and pressure velocity coupling mode are used to realize the simulation of sand separation effect.SPSS software was used to regress and analyze the interaction between sand production rate and each factor(air inlet speed,dust outlet section diameter,dust outlet pressure,chute angle)and the two factors,so as to further study the mechanism of sand production rate.In the end,1 / 2 of the four factor quadratic regression universal rotation combination design is selected to carry out the experiment,optimize its mathematical model,The optimal combination of factors is obtained: the air inlet speed is 15.318m/s,the dust outlet pressure is-905.47pa(suction),the chute angle is 72.16 °,the dust outlet section diameter is 1118.91 mm,and the sand output rate is 95.85%.This paper provides theoretical support for the design and research of sand powder separation machine,and has important reference value for its structure optimization.
