With highway traffic and the growing car carrying capacity, the early construction of cement concrete pavement have varying degrees of damage phenomenon because of lack of durability of cement products. Most of the road put up the local diseases, such as cracks, holes and other pits. If these small-scale local diseases are not timely and effective restoration, it will eventually leading to more serious damage to the road and causing greater economic losses.Local road repairing technologies have some features such as fast construction, simple and convenient, which can avoid the shortcomings of restoring the entire board and economy, and has become an indispensable part of fast road repair technology. However, the mainly existing local road repairing materials are cement-based materials which have some imitations such as poor bond interface and uneven quality has become a bottleneck of local road repairing technological development, restricting its further application and development. Therefore, it is particularly urgent and important to developing the affordable, high-performance road repairing materials.In this paper, metakaolin, ordinary portland cement, alkali-active materials and fine sand are compose of special binder system. Discussed the effect of types of activator, mixing methods and contents on the strength of Geopolymer. And study the calcium compounds how to modified the setting time, strength and bond strength, shrinkage of Geopolymer ; Also we using XRD, SEM, DSC-TG, and other modern testing methods to analysis the microscopic of Geopolymer and discussing the reaction process of the Geopolymer. What is more, the anti-sulfate performance, anti alkali-silicate reaction performance, high temperature performance, and wear resistance are researched. Finally, the technology of local road repairing also concluded. The results show that:â‘ The types, mixing methods and contents having significant impacts on the strength. It should be selected by considering strength, workability and economy.â‘¡The Geopolymer-based fast local road repairing materials has some features such as early as a strong, fast hard, high strength and so on. Four hours bending strength and compressive strength can be reached 4.21 MPa and 25.6 MPa. 56day compressive strength can be up to 110.6 MPa; Initial setting time can be controlled in 20 ~ 40 min according to the site temperature. And the materials have higher bond strength and smaller shrinkage.â‘¢The main component of the Geopolymer -based fast local road repairing materials are amorphous silicon aluminate minerals. In the early days may contain a small amount of calcium silicate hydrate.â‘£The Geopolymer-based fast local road repairing materials has some excellent features such as the anti-sulfate performance, anti alkali-silicate reaction performance, high temperature performance and wear resistance.
