| Friction is a common phenomenon in the mechanical equipment, with the development of science and technology, modern machinery and equipment’s power is more than before,heat load is more and more big,the work time is getting longer and longer,which puts forward higher requirements on the friction and improve equipment performance. Bearings are important parts in mechanical industry, and at the same time it is very prone to cause friction and wear, so the friction and wear situation of bearing’s research and improvement is very important.This paper analyzes the progress and achievements of domestic and foreign metal self repairing technology, based on the different types of lubricating oil additives and their characteristics, was invented and prepared of my own graphite/silica composite additives and the H additive which use biotite as main raw material. Design a set of test pieces, in the MM-2000A friction and wear testing machine for two different additives were tribology experiment, and then to the Nanometer Lubrication self repairing additive as the research object, carry out the following aspects of work:1. Introduced the conception of two kinds of nano additive formulation.2.Two kinds of nano additive preparation and surface modification method is determined by experimental method. Use wet milling method in combination with oleic acid and Spann 80 modifier to achieve the "preparation modified integration" process.3.Test on the friction and wear testing machine, through friction coefficient, wear volume, SEM scanning electron microscope to observe the microstructure and ED AX energy spectrum analysis of surface elements to verify the 2 additive’s anti-wear and friction reducing effect, and the self-healing properties reflect’s detailed verification.4.Through the test result data, has analyzed and discussed 2 kinds of additives antiwear and antifriction self repair mechanism. |
