| The rapid is development of electronic, and broadcast industry technology level has been rapid improvement. At this time the proposal of operation and management model that "someone stay, no one on duty," the auto-control transmitter system has become a necessity,but the prerequisite of auto-control is the achievement of auto-tuning control. The automation of DF500A 500kW shortwave transmitter will greatly reduce the need of staffs, and effectively improve the quality of broadcasting.In this dissertation an automatic tuning controller which is based on ARM+CPLD is designed. Focusing on analysis of the transmitter amplification systems. The automatic tuning of function is introduced. A proposal based on demand is introduced in this paper. By processor LPC2368 of ARM7 it makes the motion control more precision speed and smooth movement. The chip of CPLD is EPM7512 from Altera. The CPLD performs as the system logic controller. The hardware based on core chip for the external circuit of ARM and CPLD are designed. The problems which needed to be concerned in designing or debugging progress are discussed. The circuit boards can work steadily even if in strong electromagnetic environments.The system testing result is analyzed. Finally achieve the desired goals. Autotune effect tuning controller can achieve a complete level of experienced engineers. Send out a broadcast effect is entirely consistent with our national standards.Automatic tuning control system is put into practical application, the attendant can be freed from the heavy work. Workers can spend more time on equipment maintenance and improving technology, thus which can make them do better in transmission works, and which will speed up the construction of the platform of secure transmissions and automatic control in our country. |
