| As the secondary vocational school 2+1 mode (i.e., two years learning knowledge in school, a year into the enterprises to carry out field work) continued to deepen. Field work management also gradually become a professional management project, because the student outside the enterprise to carry on the field work, the management difficulty is also increase accordingly. The traditional manual management efficiency is low, operation process trival, data archiving, schools, businesses and poor interactivity between student and student information not timely feedback problems are affecting the cooperation relationship between school and enterprise.Internship management system is the use of computer network technology to develop a set of secondary vocational school students’ post practice management system. The development of this system is in order to better promote the school enterprise cooperation, promote enterprises, schools, students and parents between interactive, to strengthen the students’ post practice management and process monitoring, tracking information and other graduates to achieve the information of the working process, improve the efficiency and quality of work, use of information technology to replace the backward in the traditional manual operation. Therefore, the development of post has far-reaching significance for practice management system.This thesis introduces the research background, the project significance, the current research and application status of Internship management system, and identifies the main work and research contents. In the business analysis, the existing problems of system, organizations, the original business processes are analyzed in this thesis, and then the optimized business processes are given. In the function analysis, through the data flow analysis and data dictionaries, the thesis identifies the system functions, and gives the overall function architecture and the structure of function modules, including the Internship Program Management function module, Practice application management function module, Practice change management function module, Student attendance management function module, Practice examination management function module, Information query management function module, Basic data management function module, System management function module and so on. In the data analysis, the data of the system needs to process is analyzed, the entity relationship diagram is given, and the database tables’ structure is established. At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis. |
