| With the popularity of computers and the computer network technology development, meanwhile, more and more internal networks has been set up in school. So it is very urgent to make the performance management of teachers in schools networked and modernization. Many schools had already set up a lot of incentive mechanism,which often are related to the teacher’s teaching performances, to promote the initiative and positivity of teachers. So it is very important to evaluate teachers quantifying in a scientific, objective and fair way in a year. According to this, it must be a part of the significant tasks in schools to evaluate teachers quantifying. But as we all known, the traditional evaluation to teachers has to input and save the key indexes and the accomplishments of each teachers by people, which will waste a lot of time and money in that evaluation progress. Even worse, it had decreased the work performance greatly, and it is hard to evaluate all the teachers of schools in a global vision. So after considering all the reasons and backgrounds, it has become more and more important to construct a integrality and effciency evaluation system to teachers in schools. It is not only can promote the management performance in schools, but also can evaluate teachers by using some accurate and quantitative task indexes. Meanwhile, it also satisfy the advocacy of paperless and modernization in our society. This paper has described the research and analysis of the Teachers’ Yearly Performance Evaluation Management System in the secondly middle school of Kaiping. This thesis introduces the research background, the project significance, the current research and application status of The Kaiping second middle school Teachers’s Yearly Performance Evaluation Management system, and identifies the main work and research contents. In the business analysis, the existing problems of system, organizations, the original business processes are analyzed in this thesis, the initial business processes include the Evaluation Indexes Management, the Evaluation Form Filling Management, the Evaluation Tasks Management, the Evaluation Results Analysis Management and the Evaluation Publicity and Results Management. Besides we have also given the optimized business processes diagrams according the initial business processes.In the function analysis, through the use case descriptions and use case analysis, the thesis identifies the system functions, and gives the system function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams, including the Evaluation Indexes Management sub-function package diagram, the Evaluation Form Filling Management sub-function package diagram, the Evaluation Tasks Management sub-function package diagram, the Evaluation Results Analysis Management sub-function package diagram and the Evaluation Publicity and Results Management sub-function package diagram and so on.In the data analysis, the data of the system needs to process is analyzed, the entity class relationship diagram is given, and the database tables’ structure is established. At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis. |
