| This research introduces the background of the Document inspection iscipline implemented by Sanming City Commission. It studies the application of the categorisation system, discuses the the importance and significance of this research project, as well as points out the resolution of problems regarding system establishment. By comparing and analysing the original business process to the actual business process, this research presents the system reform based on the above-mentioned processes and analyses the requirements of the system establishment and indicates the goal of such system. This research consists business process diagrams, concept diagrams and case examples, giving a clear view of the business administration process and designing stages. The database is analysed designed by data sheets. The research concludes the studies of this research and indicates the limitations and recommendation to further research. |
