Research On Project Cost Control Of Indoor Distribution System In Taizhou A Hotel

To make as many profits as possible, the enterprise should take into consideration all funds, and cost control should be given special attention. The cost control is a required part in the development of an enterprise and it is the decisive factor in profit. To gradually improve economic performance at a comparatively lower cost and thus to develop itself in the market is the problem facing the business managers. The cost control has become an essential part in the favorable process of en enterprise project management.The hotel industry has witnessed an increasingly fierce competition, and to improve its economic performance, lower its cost and enlarge its market share, it must set an effective cost budgeting and control system. This thesis is to make an analysis on the mobile indoor distribution system project at Taizhou A Hotel. Firstly, earned value method will be used to depict the use of funds and the scenario of the project will be analyzed. Secondly, the designing and construction of the project will be analyzed and the application of the earned value will be observed. Thirdly, the calculation error that would appear in the process of project and its related reason would both be analyzed and the according resolution would be proposed. Finally, the analysis would go to the application of earned value to the cost control in mobile indoor distribution system project.To help the communication enterprise gain an advantage, this thesis is to give an analysis of the projects in the reality. The application of the earned value in the implementation of projects will be discussed, and a detailed explanation of different kinds of cost control and their related pros and cons will also be given, aiming at providing the enterprise with a guideline.
