Research And Analysis On Salary Management System Of Baoshan Traditional Chinese Medicine College

The salary structure of Baoshan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine dominated by the salary issued by financial system, college monthly incentive pay for performance, other temporary income, and annual performance salary and so on, there is no unified payroll system right now, different departments need to exchange salary information through Excel spreadsheet, the author work as one of the main persons for the promotion of college information technology, in order to change this backward situation and find a breakthrough to promote the information technology work, analyzed the payroll management system platform services, functions, and data needs.In this thesis, the author introduced the project background of project background of payroll management system in BaoshanCollege of Traditional Chinese Medicine briefly, and analyzedthe research and application status of similar systems briefly, defined the main content and research works of the system; In the business analysis section,the author described andanalyzed the service such as system problems, organization and functions as well as business people and so on,The author analyzed the original business processes by using business process diagrams; presented an optimized process.In the section of function analysis, the authordefined the function of the project by applying use cases and use case descriptions of UML, presented the system’s overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram, including sub-package diagrams such as faculty basic information management, duty management, tax management, attendance management, payroll management, teaching accident management, system management, and so on; the section of data analysis is the focus of this thesis, the author analyzed the data required for each function of the project through using of abbreviated diagrams, presented the attribute of entity and relation schema, established a major database table structure.In the last section of the thesis, the author concluded the research and analysis which already have done, and assumed the future contemplation.
