Strong ability of financing of listedcompanies make up the blank of lacking the ability to absorb the capital of Yunnanprovince, so their development of economic development and industrial layout inYunnan province will have a major impact, then this article from two aspects to doanalysis of the listed company development in Yunnan province: the first aspect isgrowth evaluation analysis for the existing28listed companies, and then we shouldfocus on some strength strong unlisted companies listed in the future.In this paper, the research content mainly includes five parts: the first part, theintroduction, which introduces the research background, research purpose of thisarticle and research way of thinking, etc, also including the innovations introduced inthis paper; The second part of the review of the literature of related theories andresearch, including some of the concepts used in this paper; the third part describe indetail the basic situation of Yunnan28listed companies, and there are three kinds of17indexes of growth for the empirical analysis of listed companies, using the factoranalysis method to calculate each scored the growth of listed companies, and rank,and the results show that the non-ferrous metals industry listed companies and thepharmaceutical industry has a high growth of listed companies; The fourth part ofYunnan province24strength strong non-listed shares co., LTD., a listing potentialanalysis, through the comparison with the listed company, establish a logisticregression model and calculate the probability of each of non-listed joint-stockcompany listed, and the computing results show that the two companies listed rate isas high as74%and74%, so they are listed in the future the possibility is very large.At the same time, we also found that the company size and profitability of listedcompany can have a significant effect: when the company scale is larger, profitability is good, the possibility of the listed companies get bigger, when the debt rate is higher,listed company is not easy.
