A Study On The Financing Problem Of Small And Medium - Sized Enterprises In Yunnan Province

China’s increasing emphasis on the development of bio-enterprise. The national"12th Five-Year Plan has been to biotech companies as one of the top10high-techenterprises. Biotech companies is very rapid development in the last10years, biotechcompanies with high-tech, high investment, high-risk, long cycle, high-yieldcharacteristics, however, the financing problem has been plaguing China’s small andmedium-sized biotech companies, Yunnan as the less developed western provincesone of the more difficult, the financing of small and medium-sized biotech companies.This paper studies the financing problems of small biotech companies in Yunnan,which focuses on the several means of financing of small biotech companies inYunnan. Small and medium-sized biotech companies in Yunnan mainly rely onsolving the problem of financing the entrepreneurs financing and bank micro-credit aswell as the National Science and Technology subsidies. Although in recent years thecentral government and local governments have done a lot of improvements on thefinancing problems of small and medium-sized biotech companies, but small andmedium-sized biotech companies in Yunnan financing status is still not optimistic.The paper also analyzes the factors affecting the financing of small and medium-sizedbiotech companies in Yunnan Province, and on this basis to make reasonablesuggestions and financing strategies. Which broaden the financing channels in thecoming years will be to solve the primary problem of the financing of small andmedium-sized biotech companies in Yunnan Province. Risk financing worthy ofattention because of its uniqueness addition, we should also attract private equity fundand fight for bank loans and work hard.
