Research On The Innovation Of Agricultural Science And Technology Resource Combination Model From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

Developing modern agriculture is the fundamental way to increase overallagricultural capacities, its international competitiveness, ensure an effective supply offarm products and help bring a steady increase in rural incomes. The fundamental wayto developing modern agriculture is the S&T. Since the21century, the rapidtechnological advances in agriculture play a positive role in developing modernagriculture. By the end of2013, the contribution rate of scientific technology is55.2%-12.2%more than in2000, and provides strong support for the ten-year growthin our food production since2004. However, facing the restriction of resource andincreasing absolute demand for agricultural products, the agriculture developingmodel has turned to a stage that we have to rely on the S&T to break the restriction ofresource and transform traditional agricultural modern one. The practices have proventhat given the existing pattern of S&T innovation resource allocation, differentcombinations of agricultural S&T resources lead to different efficiency of S&Tinnovation and transformation, which could probably alleviate some problems in thecountry’s agricultural S&T system.The study illuminates the importance of agricultural S&T resources combinationinnovation for the development of modern agriculture and the objective trend ofagricultural S&T combination innovation, reveals the motivating factors, drivenmodel and development path of agricultural S&T resources combination, and analysesits main form and the possible positive effects and questions. Based on the aboveanalysis, the present situation of Chinese agricultural S&T configuration andreference of overseas success experience, we concentrate on studying the direction ofefforts and their main contents of Chinese agricultural S&T resources combinationinnovation. Finally, we propose some ways to promote agricultural S&T resourcescombination innovation in China. They are making the best use of the existing S&Tresources, tightly focusing on industry need to combine S&T resources, reforminginto new scientific research and popularize efficiency by making little change incurrent system of managing S&T, and focusing on the Combining Production, Studyand Research and Combining Agriculture, Scientific Research and Education.
