With the increase in the number of the Internet users in China, and with the rapid development of electronic commerce,the third party payment industry competition entered the hot period.online, Offline payment gradually spread to all walks of life.PayPal ALIpay, Lakala,Tenpay,such as three party payment enterprises occupy a large share of Electronic Business.In June2010,The people’s Bank of China issued the ((The management approach of non financial institution payment services)),and then introduced the rules.made the implementation of the access system to the third party payment companies,and divided the business types of the third party payment into three parts,they are Network payment,Prepaid cards Issued and accepted and Bank card acceptance.Until August2013,there are a total of250enterprises who has been already obtained the third party payment license,business competition is becoming increasingly fierce.but the third party payment market potential is very great now.The traditional industries which have large trading volume are still relatively low in electronic or digital service.and development of electronic payment process are relatively slow.The third party payment industry will usher in greater development opportunities in these areas.This thesis has analysised the current development situation and the development environment of the third party payment through learning,searching large amounts of data.Especially analysised the industry characteristics, the competition environment and the trend of development of the third party payment industry selectively.Combining the above contents,this thesis has analysised the third party payment business of Z company by SWOT.In order to definite the business of the company should be Prepaid card issuance and acceptance and online payment business.In the strategy implementation level, the company should Optimization the swiping environment of prepaid card,expand the issuing channel,take the different development strategy.Take use of the geographical advantages in Inner Mongolia’s,set foot in the field of animal products trade.At last establish the onsumer-information resouree database of Inner Mongolia.In this thesis, through the strategic positioning of payment services for Z companies, formulate implementation measures, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of the company, and make the company more competitive in the industry.
