The main research contents of the thesis is about the authentication of the third partypayment platform in the non card payments affect business development what are the maininfluence factors, these factors have no card payment services for99bill crop and how tobring the effects and problems. This paper follows the discovery problem, analysis problem,problem-solving ideas, through the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, find outthe key influencing factors, presents some strategies to solve the99bill, no card paymentbusiness development problems.Payment is a very key problem in electronic commerce. The security of Internetpayment is much higher than other systems, but there are still a lot of difficulties in the theoryand practice of safety issues. The people’s Bank of China only made safety laws andregulations and the relevant requirements of Internet payment, but the lack of guidance onthe unified technical specification given inactual business, the domestic banks according tothe system and their businessto put forward a different security technology andcorresponding specifications-authentication environment which, which directly or indirectlylead to payment system between banks have their own technology andbusiness barriers,resulting in repeated construction and resources can not be shared, servicesto meet the existing Internet customer problems. In this paper, the process of analyzingproblem, using the external factor evaluation matrix (EFE matrix),internal factor evaluationmatrix (IFE matrix), combined with AHP analysis method,the weight of EFE in IFE matrix bycalculating way reasonably conclude, on the basis of expert scoring, scoring factors are givenfor EFE and IFE matrix, matrixfigure out, find out the factors influencing the. And on thisbasis, and then design a questionnaire, which is to find out the influence of thesefactors affect the most critical factor, thus put forward the solutionstrategy, in response, through data analysis, questionnaire and other methods, to test how itseffect, thus verified the effectiveness of countermeasures.In light of their payment field work experience and professional knowledge, to find outthe current authentication environment for the third party payment platform without influenceof card payment business, through a plurality of the actual project case, to carry on qualitativeand quantitative analysis, and according to the analysis results, put forward correspondingcountermeasures for the third party,the non card payment service upgrade from productdesign, business process,cost efficiency, marketing and other aspects of payment platform...
