Today the corporation competition increasingly, informatization will be the inevitable choice for every company. Successful ERP application is the effective way which improves management efficiency and enhances the company competitiveness. This thesis focuses on the implementation of ERP research which has much reference value for other companies to improve the implementation of ERP success rate.This thesis sums up the ERP implementation of project problems and key success factors from the theory of literature study. Then this thesis introduces the project management methods, the implementation process of project in detail though the case analysis of the implementation of ERP system of T Corporation. This thesis analyses the implementation of ERP project in this case in order to reflect the implementation of ERP project performance.Firstly, this thesis introduces basic theories regarding to ERP implementation. The analysis of research offers a theoretical foundation for the T Corporation ERP project. Secondly, this thesis introduces the basic situation of T company and the necessity of T company ERP project implementation, the feasibility of T Corporation ERP project implementation are analyzed. Then, this thesis introduces T Corporation’s ERP project plan, the requirements of the T Corporation ERP and the process of ERP software selection. Again, this thesis analyses ERP implementation steps which includes project initiation, business blueprint design, implementation of ERP system, the final preparation, project on-line and follow-up support in T company. Finally, this thesis summarizes and analyzes the performance of the implementation of ERP project. At the same time, the thesis gets following critical success factors which are the senior leadership support, reasonable demand and system planning, effective project management, effective the success of the business process reengineering and change management, perfect data preparation for reference lessons.There are two points of innovation in this thesis. First, the thesis combines the process of ERP implementation with project management. Second, the thesis show solutions from change management for the implementation of ERP project and BPR.
