In a globalized market environment, enterprises are facing shorter product lifecycles, manufacturing and R&D costs increase, variable customer demand and intensepeer competition in all aspects of internal and external pressures and challenges. how toimprove internal operational efficiency, reduce costs, improve core competitivenessand speed of response to market changes,to the fierce market competition in aninvincible position, all of these are current enterprise challenges. In order to enhancethe competitiveness, improve the level of management and deal with challenges, ERPsystem introduction is one of important way.ERP system implementation is a complex systematic project, in manufacturing,there are some successful cases, but there are some examples to implement fail bitterend. This thesis concentrates on in-depth research of domestic and foreign scholarcritical success factors for ERP implementation of relevant theories and frameworksmodel, and discusses the management concept, development, evolution and successfulevaluation theory of ERP system. Based on CZ company current situation andoutstanding problem as start, through the successful implementation and application ofERP (SAP R/3) system, the management of outstanding problems can be solvedeffectively and achieve greater profit, the successful implementation of the project isworth studying and discussing.In this thesis, through the successful implementation ERP project of CZ Companyas background, via application literature inductive analysis, quantitative and qualitativeanalysis, theory and practice of combining a variety of research methods, I analyze thewhole process from the induction and the successful implementation of the ERPapplication. First, general analysis from six aspects of the implementation background,goals,risk,strategy and steps; Then, quantitative and qualitative comprehensive analysisvia the consolidated Shang&Seddon ’s ERP benefits framework and ERP performanceevaluation effects; Finally, according to the relevant survey data analysis, combinedwith the author experience of participating in the project, sum up the key factors of ERPsuccessful implementation for CZ company. ERP critical success factors: Seniormanagement support and participation,Effective project management, Business processoptimization and reorganization,Mature project implementation methodology,Adequate training and knowledge transfer, Strong team work.The paper focuses on the textile industry special case studies, it would like to serveas a reference for the textile peer ERP implementation.
