Dehong Tobacco Company is the only tobacco sales enterprise in the city of Mangshi, in2012, the company annual total sold43,628cartons of cigarette, an increase of2595cases, an increase of5.81%, the second increase in the province’s total sales, sales revenue1.007billion yuan, an increase of143million yuan, an increase of16.6%.Dehong tobacco company where the tobacco industry is a special industry, it is the state revenue has made important contributions. Under the new situation, in order to meet national policy to enable more scientific and effective level of corporate marketing corporate revenues rising, this paper, precision marketing theory, combined with corporate status quo, made in line with the actual business marketing strategy.This paper first describes the status of the theory of precision marketing researches in Dehong tobacco, for example, from a macro and micro level analysis of the main problems existing Dehong tobacco companies put forward appropriate marketing strategies.Second, Dehong tobacco company a strategic environmental analysis. SWOT analysis to identify strengths facing the company, weaknesses, opportunities and threats presented the importance of corporate marketing model change.Again, this article steps through a combination of strategic analysis and precise STP marketing theory, based on data through market research. customer needs and market segmentation, customer profitability and raise the value of the target enterprise customers classified management, in order to further develop consumer-oriented marketing strategies for different consumer groups.Finally, this study summarizes and evaluates the research results.and points out new issus and directions for future precision marketing research and practice..
