A Study On China 's Direct Investment In EU

Along with the development of the last century eighty’s reform and opening up, China’s rapid economic rise, especially after the accession to the WTO, more is to accelerate the internationalization process of Chinese economy. With the entering in twenty-first Century, the world economy has entered the era of globalization. So in such circumstances, we need to actively promote foreign investment in China, but also to encourage large enterprises have the strength to carry on the direct investment of multinational enterprises, establish their own. Between the future worlds economic competition will more and more in the direction of the Chinese multinational enterprise competition. So the development of China’s economy no matter from the current point of view or from a long-term perspective, actively carry out of EU investment has considerable significance.The developed countries to the EU direct investment theory, theory of Multi-National Corporation in developing countries, makes a systematic exposition on EU direct investment theory. Zhejiang enterprises are a typical representative of Chinese enterprises in microcosm. With the development of Chinese enterprises especially the enterprises in Zhejiang, the growth rate continues to accelerate, the whole enterprise development still exist many problems, for example, said there is not enough creativity, rely on imports to the introduction of basic equipment, the overall low level of profit. So this paper will be the Zhejiang manufacturing industry enterprises as the main object of analysis to study their EU investment, this is a main content of this paper. This article on the Zhejiang enterprises development course and the present situation of direct investment to the European Union and the union example, analysis of the Chinese enterprises to the EU direct investment features now, hope to provide reference to other researchers.In this paper, we use the relevant statistical data and information, through the statistics and econometrics methods, the influence of domestic enterprise foreign direct investment decision-making main factor undertook quantifying, in order to obtain statistically significant conclusions.
