Corporate Governance Structure And Industrial Tourism Development

In this paper, choosing Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd(JMC). as a case for the study, the topics around the industrial tourism, corporate governance structure is an important influence on the performance of industrial tourism development through participant observation research methods. Describe, analysis and interpret of JMC corporate governance structure and industrial tourism phenomenon on the basis of summarizing qualitative research findings, try and get a better understanding of stagnation JMC Automotive Industry Tourism and basically reached on the purpose of description and explanation of the reasons of the JMC Automotive Industry Tourism stagnation and the relationship with the corporate governance structure.This paper takes Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd. as an example, around the industrial tourism research topics, and explores the structure of corporate governance on the performance of industrial tourism development through participant observation research methods. This paper describes and analyses of JMC corporate governance structure and industrial tourism phenomenon on the basis of summarizing qualitative research findings, and tries to achieve the purpose of the study, which is to describe and explain the reasons of the JMC industry tourism stagnation and the relationship with the corporate governance structure.The main research ideas:during examining the performance of industrial tourism development, the paper focuses on two issues. First, the development of industrial tourism also embedded in cultural systems and organizational structure, corporate governance structure will inevitably become important factors in the development of industrial tourism. Therefore, we need to understand industrial tourism from the perspective of the corporate governance structure-corporate behavior. Second, the globalization of the local production system makes the local government and the interests of global capital game focusing on the joint venture-JMC, formal or informal organizational relationships affect the governance structure and make it a challenge for the traditional state-owned enterprises to carry out the policy of the local government.This paper contains six parts, each part’s the main ideas as follows:Chapter1elaborate the research background of the topic and proposed research design based on a study of the technical route; Chapter2:about industrial tourism at home and abroad review progress; Chapter3:presents the Government’s encouragement of industrial tourism, combing the central industrial tourism policies and local response; Chapter4:JMC governance structure and stakeholders, analysis of the JMC governance structure and internal stakeholders and carry out their attitude of developing industry tourism in JMC; Chapter5:about industrial tourism coordination mechanism, explain the coordinating mechanism on JMC industrial tourism through selecting some industrial tourism cases of JMC. and participant observation; Chapter6: conclusions and recommendations section, summarize the above view and interpret of JMC industrial tourism stagnation reasons, then give some relevant recommendations.The purpose of this study is to explore the industrial tourism development performance in the corporate governance structure perspective by participant observation methodology of qualitative research methods, enriches the existing research perspective; on the basis of observation and analysis, this paper also try to provide some guidances during the development of JMC industrial tourism and promote the development of industrial tourism in the country.
