Because of the large numbers of the indirect material purchasing supplier of various types, the working content is rather trivial, consolidation lever is quite low, management and control also is very difficult, so invisibly it increase the purchasing cost of the company. There are three problems exists in the indirect material purchasing management for the SA company, namely the too many urgent order of the spare parts purchasing, the admin expense procurement process is not reasonable, and the outsourcing supplier evaluation, selection process is not perfect.Considering the indirect material purchasing management theory, the author of these practical problems to do a deep analysis, and through the application of enterprise resource management platform software and a variety of procurement management tools, put forward measures to ensure the effective implementation of the corresponding solutions and guarantee scheme.This paper combine the practical case analysis and theoretical skills described, through the concrete problems and how to solve the problems, and then come up with a set of effective management in the indirect material purchasing process method, and strive to achieve the efficiency and reduction of the procurement cost and has certain reference significance.
