The two major trends in today’s world economy, economic globalization andregional economic integration. ASEAN Free Trade Area covering10countries, thefree trade zone of about6billion people in developing countries, the establishmentand development of full compliance with the two major trends of the development ofthe world economy. In this paper, the analysis of the ASEAN Free Trade Area talentdemand trends starting in two ways, the type and level of demand, and the demandquantity. Generally, a country or region including the total demand and a requirementfor two major aspects, the former refers to a country or region in a stage or within thetime frame of the human resources needs of the total demand of human resources,including the number of, quality and structure of demand; demand for a quantity of acorporate demand for human resources in a stage or within the time frame, alsoincluding the quantity, quality, structure and other aspects of demand. The mainfactors to affect the human resource needs including: the level of economicdevelopment, industrial structure, technical level, the national demand of humanresources development planning. In addition, fluctuations in the economy, populationgrowth and age changes in the composition, as well as the emergence of new ideasand concepts, and will produce different levels of demand for human resources.Firstly based on analysis of the type of talent needs of the ASEAN Free TradeArea and the changes in the level and trend of the development of the ASEAN FreeTrade Area. Then relying on historical data, first select the variables that affect thenumber of personnel needs of ASEAN, and then use the measurement methods andmeasurement software to predict the number of ASEAN talent needs analysis,forecast results and different measurement methods were compared. In addition, bysumming up the contents of the ASEAN Free Trade Area talent needs to analyze thecurrent situation of China’s oriented ASEAN personnel training and put forwardrelevant countermeasures. Finally, on the basis of the analysis in the study, combined with the actual situation in Yunnan Province, it from multiple angles and direction inresponse to the needs of the ASEAN Free Trade Area talent, summarized some of themore reasonable measures.
