With the development of society and economy, the role of financial in thenational economy is more and more significant. China, of course, as an agriculturalcountry, rural finance is also expanding. However, although agriculture as the firstindustry, accounting for the proportion of the national economy is more and more small,rural economic development has become an important factor restricting China’sdevelopment. The causes of rural economic development is slow, but rural financial thisfactor is remarkable.Rural finance in China has many problems, such as the rural financial developmentis imbalance, agriculture policy Banks reduce the policies for supporting financialinstitutions, rural cooperative Banks and rural credit cooperatives is weak. So, the ruralfinancial development is the important measure to promote rural economic development.This article first elaborated the paper selected topic background and researchsignificance, the innovation points and shortcomings. And then discusses the ruralfinancial development theory, system and starting from the farmers’ income gap injiangsu and yunnan provinces summarized the current situation of rural finance in China.Again, the collected about two provinces of the rural financial development and farmers’income data model analysis and research, it is concluded that the cause of the difference.Finally, summarize the cause of the gap between provinces, draw lessons from theadvanced condition of the development of rural economy in jiangsu, it is concluded thatpromote rural economic development in yunnan province, measures to increase farmers’income.
