Research On The Countermeasures Of Promoting Rural Financial Efficiency In Jiangsu Province

China is the most populous country in the world, is also a large agriculturalcountry, agriculture is the pillar industry of our country, three problems aboutcountryside,agriculture and farmers determines the efficiency and the process ofChina economic and social development, solving the "three rural issues", is thepremise to maintain sustained and rapid economic development, to achieve the grandgoal of building a moderately prosperous society. To solve the problems, the ruraleconomy should be developed. Finance is the core of economic developmentefficiency and speed, finance plays a key role in rural economic development, farmerincome increasement, the process of rural urbanization. Rural finance is an importantpart of the modern financial system, is the motive power, ways and the core of therural economy development. The contribution of Rural financial to the rural economicgrowth can be measured by the efficiency of rural finance. The efficiency of ruralfinance can be used as a representative index of rural financial development. The ruralfinancial efficiency has become the key factor influencing the development of ruraleconomy.The rural economy in China countryside fall behind, rural financial developmentis lagging behind the development of the rural economy. Although after a series ofreforms, the lack of funds and insufficient supply,"non agriculture", the outflow ofcapital in rural areas are still very serious, which seriously restricts the developmentof rural economy in china. Although the government has taken a series of measures tosupport rural financial, rural funds supply is still serious shortage, growth of ruralincome is still slow. In this background, the problem of rural financial efficiency hasaroused the concern of many scholars, thereby increasing the efficiency of ruralfinance is very important to increase rural incomes and promote rural economicdevelopment.This paper is based on the theory of financial development, rural financial theory,empirical analyzed Jiangsu province rural financial efficiency using factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis, and analyzed the influence factors.The first chapter analyzes the background and significance of rural financeefficiency. Now national government has paid more and more attention to problems ofagriculture, develop the rural economy, increase farmers’ income. Rural finance is the key to the development of rural economy, analysis on rural finance can find out theexisting problems in the development process of rural finance, find a solution, andpromote economic development, make a research and summary on a series ofliteratures in the field of the domestic and foreign financial efficiency, thenelaborated the research methods and ideas of this paper.The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of research on the financialefficiency in rural areas, which are mainly the two parts of the financial developmenttheory and rural financial theory. Financial development theory contains5kinds oftypical theories, which is the theoretical basis of relationship research between financeand economic development. The rural financial theory contains imperfect competitionmarket theory, rural finance market theory and agricultural credit subsidies, the3kinds of representative theories have very strong theoretical significance to guide thedevelopment of rural finance.The third chapter, the key chapter of this paper, is an empirical study on theefficiency of rural finance. Firstly, this chapter elaborated method and steps of factoranalysis, and then use factor analysis to study Jiangsu rural financial efficiencychange trend; and get rural financial efficiency level in Jiangsu Province with themultiple regression analysis, make a brief summary on the whole results of empiricalanalysis.The fourth chapter, mainly introduces the factors of Jiangsu rural financialefficiency, respectively discussed the present situation of the Jiangsu provincefinancial efficiency from the internal and external factors.The fifth chapter put forward some improved suggestions from the aspects of ruralfinancial institutions, rural financial environment, financial system, according to thepresent situation of Jiangsu province’s rural financial efficiency...
