Along with the development of market economy and knowledge economy, moreand more companies started recognizing the important of career management as a partof corporate management. Career management is a dynamic process, which is formedthrough planning management, using management promotion planning. This isadvantageous to the employees in the organization that can seek to match theindividual pursuit of career jobs in their dreams. This paper intends to analyze the presentsituation of career management and identify problems needed to be solved. This paper usesacademic theories related career management, act career anchor theory as the mainline of on the theory and form the theoretical framework. The author uses his unitstaff career management as the research object. This paper also introduces someargument that the author studies and analysis for company’s career managementpresent situation and countermeasures are put forward.This paper utilizes real work scenario and let the staff career planning in theenterprise status and implementation strategy as the research object, using the casemethod and survey questionnaire and interview method, the combination of reflectsthe real staff career planning, in order to optimize the enterprise employeerelationship management, increase staff positions, mining potential employees, goodservices business goals.Career management can help employees better understand their careerexpectations and provide appropriate opportunity to inspire them to progress. It helpsemployees obtain better career planning and business development goals proactivelyand promote the interaction between enterprise and employees. The best scenariowould be that employees could optimize their goals and capabilities while achievingcorporate goals.This paper intends to use employee career management to guide enterprisesbetter pursue its business goals which is promoted by the third plenary session of theof18th of C.P.C."break the barrier of the system, eliminate identity disorder let everyone has grown up, stand out from the channel, let all kinds of talents are put togood use talent vast heaven and earth" the spirit of the ground. If each company canattach importance to staff career planning, they can better safeguard the harmoniouslabor relations, society will be filled with positive energy.Due to the limitation of sample size, there might be parts of the paper to beimproved in the future.
