Research On Modern Corporate Governance Structure

The first historical task of the beginning of Socialism is the concentrations onthe productivity. To establish the Socialism economy system is the conclusion of oursuccessful economy revolution and our trend. It is necessary and the requirement forthe marketing economy to establish a modern stockholding system and a reasonableeconomy structure. The appearance of the modern enterprise governance structure isrelated to the separation of the power of stockholding and stock controlling. The truthand experiences from all of the countries show that the enterprise governancestructure has taken an important place in the whole development. Only if thegovernance structure to be established well, an enterprise could be better involvedand taken its own place in the fierce competition system. Now, accompany with thedeep-going of enterprise situation, how to build up a reasonable and effectivegovernance structure has become a core of our county-owned enterprises.This article is a research of modern enterprise governance structure, whichmainly uses the method of studying references and comparison analysis. Firstly, itcollates and concludes the theory of the existed modern governance structure, whichto understand the basic content, function and theory base of the enterprise governancestructure; then, it explains the research procedures of the structure, which takesWuhan New World Refrigeration Company, Ltd as an example, to analyze thestructures in different times; thirdly, the are some researches about the situations ofthe enterprise governance structures in other countries; and finally, it points out thestrategies of the structure’s improvement and accomplishment.
