A Study On The Countermeasures Of China 's Commercial Banks' Response To Internet Finance

With the development of science and technology, the Internet has gone deep into people’s life, and affected people’s economic behavior. The Internet finance emerges as the times require. Now Chinese market is entering the open stage. At this time, Commercial banks not only begin to compete with other financial institutions intensely, but also affected by the development of Internet finance deeply. In order to adapt to market competition and achieve the business goals, Commercial banks are going to restructuring by themselves. How to deal with the negative and positive influence of the Internet finance has practical significance to the future development of commercial banks.Based on the analysis of the current development of Internet finance, the article analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by traditional banks, and raised several suggestions for commercial banks to deal with impact of Internet finance. This paper consists of five parts. At beginning,the paper introduces the research ideas and the related theories, and analyzes the background of the research. Then the article enters the formal stage. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept, classification, characteristics and development of Internet finance. It is very useful to understand the nature of the Internet financial services by using comparative method and case method. Secondly, this paper analyzes the positive and negative influence which Internet finance brings to commercial banks dialectically.
