In the stock market, Investors are hoping to obtain excess returns. Research institutions and scholars are constantly researching how to invest in order to get more profits, and the object of their research is financial statements data, the ultimate goal of their research is to be able to own theoretical results for investors used, so that investors use their findings to guide investment practice and consequently they access to excess profits. In this context, we have the motivation to study the relationship between the data of the listed statements and the stock price the bank published, in order to guide the investors how to invest. Choosing the financial data of listed bank to carry on the research analysis, the main reason is in the factors that influence the listing Corporation stock price, for the most able to quantify treatment used by various empirical models is data, not all the macro or micro factors. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry on the analysis of disclose financial information of the listing Corporation to guide the investors. The paper expounds the connotation of the factors influencing stock price, and establishes a panel data of the relationship model between stock prices and a series of financial index. It is based on the panel data of 16 listed banks in Shanghai stock market from the fourth quarter of 2010 to the fourth quarter of 2013, using the EVIEWS6.0 statistical software for regression analysis, and showing the impact of the financial situation on the he price of the stock performance of listed banks of China. Finally it analyzes the reasons on the weak relativity between financial index and stock price of listed banks and puts forward suggestions, and draws the following conclusions:(1)In the analysis of panel data based on the empirical, we finally selected the variable coefficient models with fixed individual. The test results show that this model passed F test, the goodness of fit is high; the stock price and the rate of return on net assets and cash and cash equivalents turnover rate is positive correlation with the actual economic correspondence in meaning, and sales profit ratio, total asset turnover ratio is negatively correlated with real economic significance discrepancy. the above four variables passed the F test. The relationship between the total yield of stock prices and earnings per share, debt ratio, equity ratio and other indicators of relevance is not high. Therefore, in the long term, the investors’ decisions in making investment should focus on the message the rate of return on net assets, cash and cash equivalents turnover rate of the 2 accounting index delivered.(2)The author’s original purpose of writing this article is to analysis the relationship between the stock of bank performance reactions listed in the financial statements of listed banks price index and the establishment of a panel data empirical model, and then to obtain the fixed relationship between the number of listed banks’ financial index and stock price, and later in stock investment using empirical data results to direct guidance on investment. However, in the empirical analysis, we find that the data acquired is a lion in the way we do empirical analysis, after reading a lot of papers, we selected 8 independent variables and the dependent variable of stock price in order to do the empirical analysis; after we get the results of the empirical analysis, we found that in fact, there is not a fixed relationship between the number of shares of listed banks and listed banks performance price. There was weak correlation between them. Then we read many articles, in-depth analysis of the cause for such a result, and put forward a series of concrete and effective policy recommendations on how to improve this situation.
