In recent years, with the rapid development of electric business, clothing products in internet marketing have enjoyed fast-growing sales. In the meantime, the business of our country hypostatic economy are directly impacted. The fashion industry have been greatly influenced by the electric business. Nowadays, sales at stores of clothing company have been serious declined, or even a loss, a lot of stores are failing in Many cities. Many clothing enterprises are foray into e-commerce, and trying to win back market share what they have lost. Will electric business replace traditional retail in the fashion industry of the future? Is there another way out about traditional retail in clothing sales?In operating activities of the clothing store FENGYU,we fond that clothing sales at community could become a big business. Trough the research and analysis of traditional retail in clothing sales and marketing environment at community, and reference for current young people’s consuming habits and the development trend of the future, We adjusted management strategy of the clothing store FENGYU what is in a state of the operating loss. It ultimately achieved good operating results, which proved the research for this article. That is community will be a critical offline sales channel in the fashion industry, it will be bitterly contested by clothing enterprises.While writing this article, I had refer to a number of related literature about the future development trend of clothing sales channel in China and successful marketing campaigns of other business at community. Besides, studied and analyzed consumer behavior or consumer feedback which we have fond in operating activities of the clothing store FENGYU. Thus concluded some business strategy in market positioning, products and services of clothing sales at neighborhood markets, and confirmed these view in operating activities to some initial success. I hope it can provide some reference for operators in the fashion industry.
