A Study On The Supervision In China 's Bank Cooperation Market

At first, the paper gave a review to the development and the regulatory policies of the financing market between the bank and trust in our country, and through the review, we gave a certain attitude for the necessity of the government regulation, which based on the summarizations to the risks in the financing market between the bank and trust. Furthermore, we gave a key analysis on the phenomenon of game between the financial innovation and financial regulation, and then, pointed out the problems of regulations in the financial product market and gave a in-depth analysis to the reasons what caused these problems.On this basis, the article gave an analysis to the relation among the size of the collection, the expect rate of return, the CPI index, the fixed-asset investment and the stock market value through the establishment of the OLS model according to the relevant data from January 2009 to June 2014. The result showed that the expect rate of return,the rate of inflation, the fixed-asset investment and the stock market value had an positive direction change on the size of the collection in the long term. Finally, this paper analyzed the dynamic relationship among the five variables through the establishment of the VAR model. The result showed that the expect rate of return, the CPI index, the fixed-asset investment and the stock market value respectively had a positive effect on the size of the collection rate in the short term. In order to study the relationship between the size of the collection and the bank supervision index, this paper analyzed the dynamic relationship among the size of the collection, the Loan-to-Deposit Ratio and the 7 Days SHIBOR through the establishment of the VAR model.In the last, according to the above analysis, we gave some corresponding policy advices to the development of the business.
