Analysis On The Optimization Of China 's Rural Financial Structure Under The Background Of Urbanization

Urbanization is an inevitable process of social and economic development, also an important way to solve "Three Rural Issues". However, the development of rural urbanization needs rural finance support, and rural financial structure is the essence of rural finance development. But the current rural financial structure of china still has some problems, these will make negative impact on rural economic development and urbanization. So the article will analyze the problems of rural financial structure, and find out that how to optimize the rural financial structure based urbanization.Firstly, the rural financial structure researches are reviewed according to existing studies, and then summarize the research perspectives. Then, China’s rural financial structure is analyzed according to the rural financial institutions, rural finance tools and rural financial market, and pointed out the problems to improve.The empirical part uses the panel data model, the panel data selected from 29 provinces, from year 2003 to 2012. The model has discussed the impact to the urbanization, based on the rural financial structure. The conclusion is that rural financial development have made a positive impact on the construction of urbanization, namely, the optimization of rural financial structure will facilitate the urbanization.Finally, suggestions are put forward that how to improve the rural financial structure to adapt the urbanization, combining the experience of developed countries and developing countries, also according to China’s national conditions.
