After the reform and opening, our country established the road of market economic system. As the backbone of national economic development, nationalized enterprise had changed its employment mode from permanent workers system in planned economy system to diversified employment system in market economic system. Diversified employment system activated enterprises’ employment system, reduced the cost of employment, improved the market competitiveness. But as the incomplete reform, diversified employment system in our country still has the shadow of double-track system now. So there is many different between formal employees represented with permanent workers system and informal employees represented with dispatched employee system in the level of wages, the benefits, occupation development and protection of rights and interests. The conflict between the two has become more and more sharp. It affects the harmony and stability of enterprise seriously and runs in the opposite direction with social justice.This study based on the employee relationship in nationalized enterprise, established appraisal index system and the appraisal model of employee relationship and used this model to analyze the employee relationship of different employees in Enterprise G. At last, five improvement ideas were summarized in this study, and pointed out related measures based on the ideas.
