Study On Cold Chain Logistics Construction Of Agricultural Products And Cost Structure Of Electricity Sales

In recent years, with the development of cold chain technology, the amount of fresh agricultural products entering the circulation by the cold chain logistics channels has increased year by year, the construction of agricultural products cold chain logistics system tends to be standardized. On February 1, 2015, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued " a number of opinions on strengthening the reform and innovation efforts to speed up the construction of agricultural modernization"(hereinafter referred to as the "opinions").The "opinions" pointed out that in order to accelerate the circulation of agricultural products rate, we should innovate the traditional circulation way, such as supporting the electronic commerce enterprise, logistics enterprises, retail enterprises, financial institutions to participate in the construction of agricultural products e-commerce sales platform. In order to speed up the construction of agricultural business operation system, we should solve the bottleneck problems of the agricultural products electric business platform development as soon as possible.In the paper, we make the construction of agricultural products cold chain logistics system and the current situation of agricultural products internet marketing development as the starting points, studying the standardization and security risk construction as well as the internet marketing operation cost structure of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics system.Firstly, summarizing and analyzing the problems about construction of agricultural products cold chain logistics standardization system, using the innovation perspective to build agricultural products cold chain logistics standardization system based on the concept of ecological civilization; Secondly, establishing the evaluation system which influences the agricultural cold chain logistics security, evaluating the logistics’ risk index by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on multi-level evaluation model, an example is given to verify the model.Thirdly, analyzing the constituent elements of fresh electricity suppliers’ based on O2 O mode quantitatively and using the statistical methods to establish the mathematical model of operating cost function based on the constituent elements. Finally, from a macro perspective to discuss the effect on fresh products’ pricing based on the operating costs.The paper is divided into five chapters to study the related issues.The first chapter, we firstly introduce the backgrounds,the meanings,the present research situation,the main contents and innovations on the standardization and security risk construction as well as the internet marketing operation cost control of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics system;The second chapter, in view of the missing status about the system of cold chain logistics standardization, establishing the cold chain logistics standardization system based on the background of ecological civilization construction to achieve the goals of conserving resources,protecting the environment, improving enterprise performance;The third chapter, for the current status that China’s agricultural cold chain logistics missing security risk assessment, discussing the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on multi-level evaluation model in agricultural products cold chain logistics safety risk assessment,and proposing specific risk-control strategies to reduce the risk index about agricultural cold chain logistics system;The forth chapter, we summary analysis of the current mode about the fresh agricultural products’ internet marketing, then discussing the constituent elements’ impact on fresh products’ pricing from a macro perspective based on O2 O business model;In the fifth chapter, a summary of the research results is given.
